Australia have a t20 comp going up in Darwin at the moment. Every state and territory have an academy side playing, as well as Bangladesh, Nepal and NZ.
This is where I would be sending players to improve.
Most of our players would do well in the power play but struggle once the field is out.

Matty Campbell himself said he's not a great fit for T20i cricket. Innocent Kaia or the under 19's player who's killing it in the NPL
I believe even Kaia suggested that T20s were not his thing. I have a feeling Matt could fill the shoes of Craig Ervine. Not the best T20 batter, but can be relied upon atleast

SharePersonally I have a real strong dislike for any T20 cricket, in my opinion it's ruining the future of international cricket. International cricket will become what it is to FIFA,, but yet that's essentially what makes crickets whole structure different, it's unique. As for the t20 hit and giggle stuff, it's extremely repetitive, nothing really for bowlers to really consistently achieve in 4 overs. I can name you 10 Test Matches in my lifetime of 35+ years, that stand out as memorable moments, great national memories here in Australia. The average casual fan knows about them, the people who don't know anything about cricket but have a memory of at least something significant. T20 cricket just as it is quick and done with, so are peoples memories too. Nothing stands out because it's all the same, that's why 112 countries throughout the world can play it, and essentially only 12 can play Tests. I have never understood why so many people are crazy about it, I don't see the appeal at all, when Zimbabwe is playing it's serious to me, but apart from watch the associates play occasionally or at works cups, I'd rather watch Zimbabwe vs Pakistan in a 2 or 3 test series and then finish with a 3 or 5 match ODI series. What happened to the Clive Lloyd trophy Zimbabwe and Windies used to play for too.

I refuse to believe the Neil Johnson is the best Zimbabwe heritage player to ever come out of SA.
Surely we have a few more.

Opener retiring hurt? at the worst time. Namibia were probably winning if that didn't happen

Didn't catch any of the SA vs Namibia game. Looks like it was a thriller. Crazy how Namibia seem to perform better against SA than we do.
