That was such a braindead decision, a guy who dropped the match, already must have his confidence shot or a guy who has bowled well and is difficult to pick is experienced.

Now these morons will drop cremer and bring wellington back in. If wellington performed well why drop him for today? Raza was never going to stick with masuku for 10 overs and yet he plays. Masuku couldve bowled that 48th over, evans 49th and then masuku for the last so we dont have to ask a spinner to do it.
Spinners are relatively easier to smash and more easier when its finger spinners. Cremer turned it square at the world cup a few months ago yet they think he is trash. If Raza was so sure about a spinner bowling the last over, its a no brainer it shouldve been cremer who can turn it both ways and was actually turning it both ways throughout the day cuz the pitch had some turn on offer.
Also who the hell thinks taylor should keep wickets at 40? He visibly looks round and fat now compared to that 2nd NZ test last year when he returned and almost had a perfect jawline. The best taylor can do is bat and he is struggling big time and these guys gave him the gloves. Why keep marumani in the squad if youre not gonna try him?
Idiots picked 4 frontline bowlers and then give the ball to a part timer at every crucial juncture. Half of the times they dont play the right XI and when they do, they dont let them bowl out, masuku won them the game even with a bad economy rate. Fielding was pathetic at every point today except 1 or 2 instances at max

Raza tries too much to go for the big story and the fairytale. He just needs to be level headed. We've thrown away a win against Australia. Simple as that.
I know Raza feels like he was backing Wes and showing confidence in him, but he's effectively thrown him to the wolves and knocked that confidence more, and people like Wes don't have a bunch to start with.

Saw the highlights again today. That was a a bad drop by Wes. Can't be dropping those at this level.
I like Raza, but he always tries to put the positive spins on. I get that he is trying to stay positive and all, but sometimes we need a reality check. How much can we finish games saying, "we let that one slip". Can't be doing that too at this level. I've said this before, our mentality is just not top level. We really need to be better.

Well I've just seen the presser of Raza and well he said that Wes had put his hand up for the last over?
Thought Raz had gestured to him in the penultimate over, atleast that was what the comms said. If so, that's throwing Wez under the bus.
Hopefully we try out a fresh squad for the UAE tour. The squad for the bangers tour was quite good, hopefully we do something like that again and Ngarava is fit and firing by then
